Coaching tool box: Powerful questions

Powerful questioning is one of the tools coaches use to get the client moving, thinking out of the box and /or bring them nearer to reach an awareness.
Keep them simple and near to the client. Become masterful at asking powerful questions!

The power of affirmations:

An affirmation is anything we think or say. When we think and or say them often, we start believing they are the truth. For example; I am ugly and no one loves me. The more you think this the more it gets imprinted in your mind and your behaviour will copy this belief.

If this is true why not change our thoughts into positive ones?

How many times a day we catch ourselves thinking negative things about others and above all about ourselves?

Why not instead in thinking/saying: I cannot achieve my dreams, you say: I am always successful in achieving my dreams.

Tips:
You need to believe and feel your positive affirmation inside you, only then they will become reality.

repeat your affirmation a couple of times a day. even better if you do it everyday at the same time

Try it today and I promise you will notice the changes!
